【Care instructions】

Do not use a dishwasher as it may cause warping or cracking of the wood.

ご使用後はまな板に水を流しながら、タワシで木目に沿って軽く洗ってください。油物を切った場合は、小量の洗剤で洗い、その後お湯ですすいでください。最後に水分をふき取り、日の当たらない場所に立てかけて乾燥させてください。食器洗い乾燥機は、反りや割れの原因となりますのでご使用はおやめください。
