Let the oil soak into the pan. In a pan, pour a generous amount of oil, and gradually, as you cook plain omelets multiple times, the oil gradually soaks into the pan. Please use bamboo chopsticks to avoid damaging the pan.
If the pan temperature becomes too high, the tin coating on the surface may melt, causing the eggs to stick to the pan. Therefore, please adjust the heat from low to medium while using.
【Care instructions】
After use, please rinse off any fibers that may have adhered to the blade with running water. If washing later, soak the blade in water for a while, ensuring the fibers do not dry. If there are fibers that cannot be removed, it is not issue; however, if you are concerned, gently scrub with a scrubbing brush. Be cautious not to scrub too hard, as it may affect the sharpness.

ご使用前に必ず油ならしを行ってください！鍋に油を多めに引き、出汁や砂糖などを使用せずに卵のみの卵焼きを数回巻いていくうちに、徐々に油が鍋に馴染みます。使用するお箸は、鍋が傷つかないように竹箸をご使用ください。
鍋の温度が上がり過ぎると表面に引いてある錫（スズ）が溶けてしまい、卵が鍋に引っ付くようになりますので、火加減は弱火〜中火で調節しながらお使いください。
【お手入れ方法】
ご使用後は鍋の熱が冷めてしまう前に、鍋に残っている卵カスを竹箸とキッチンペーパ―で取り除いてください。洗剤で洗ってしまうと馴染んでいる油が取れてしまいますのでご注意ください。
